It has been a fun project and we are pleased with the finished product. Nestled in a historic village the home gives tribute to buildings from the past with a gabled front facade and windows with divided lites. As you move to the rear of the building, the modern aesthetics become more apparent. The interior is bright and open on the first floor leading to a more secluded and private second story. Large windows allow natural light to permeate the spaces. A mix of walnut and metal accents soften the white walls and ceilings.

Efficiency has been quietly woven into the fabric of the building. At 2600 sq ft in climate zone 6 and an annual heat cost of $254; I think we have succeeded.
