Otsego County’s first Certified Passive Multifamily building completed Winter 2023. This 16,000 SQ FT, 13 unit apartment building is built to an entirely different standard. Mitsubishi heat pumps provide an exceptional amount of heating and cooling for the entire building. While Zehnder ventilation systems provide fresh air for comfortable and healthy living.

Built in a historic district, the project had to balance the compatibility of the streetscape with the scale of the building.
