The Bank Loft is a beautiful historical building in the heart of Richfield Springs. Built in the 1800’s The Bank Loft was once The First National Bank. After closing in the 1950’s the building has been a few things, including a restaurant. After being empty for many years life is being brought back in to the building.

When renovated this building will be a certified passive building and will house 9 apartments and 1 commercial space, while keeping many of its original features, including the original vault!
