A creative use of previously under utilized space. The project created a second living space in an existing home. The project involved all phases of construction beginning at framing. A multi head air source heat pump provides heating, cooling and dehumidification. Doors at both end of the bathroom allow light to pass from french doors in the master suite through to the kitchen.
