The Bank Loft is a beautiful historical building in the heart of Richfield Springs. Originally built in 1882-1884 to be The First National Bank of Richfield Springs. After 80+ years The First National Bank closed its doors. Since its closing, The Bank Lofts has been many things, including a pizza place and Restaurant.

Sensitively restored and sustainably retrofit to passive house design standards, The Bank Lofts building now provides nine long term rental apartments and ground-floor commercial space. Every apartment in our newly revitalized 19th-century building is designed with residents’ long-term well being, health, comfort, and enjoyment in mind.
