The renovation included updating the front and back porches, adding insulation, replacing the siding and windows, and installing a Zehnder ventilation system and Mitsubishi hyper-heat pumps for year-round comfort. Inside, the bathrooms and kitchen were modernized, yet we carefully maintained the farmhouse’s historical integrity by preserving its original floors, exposed wood beams, and interior doors.
