An extensive update to this wonderful 1889 home. Custom cabinetry and millwork adorn the spaces and make them unique. A new mudroom entrance improves traffic flow in and out of  the home. The kitchen and bathrooms were reworked to make the house more user friendly. The entire homes heating load was converted from oil to Mitsubishi heat pumps. Old leaky walls were upgraded and a ventilation system was installed. Now the house is ready for its next century.
