Site Visit
We come to you. We want to hear from you what you are looking for in your project. Once we understand your priorities, we will be looking for specific conditions that may affect your project as well as recording rough measurements and taking photos.
Initial Estimate
An initial estimate is designed to give a client an idea of what their project may cost. We find that useful to direct budgets and decisions. It lacks final decisions, plans, and selections. Expect your initial estimate within 10-15 business days of our site visit.
Pre-Construction Planning
The pre-construction planning starts following an approved initial estimate. Pre-construction planning is a crucial part of our process in generating your fixed project cost as well as ensuring a positive client experience during construction. The pre-construction process does many things. It helps to educate clients about their project and materials. It selects and confirms all the fixtures, finishes, colors, etc. It reviews design plans from an architect or design service. It secures final materials quotes on every phase of the project. It is common for construction projects to have confusion between contractor and client over materials, designs, fixtures and generally one of the parties becomes disenchanted. We refuse to accept that as a part of construction.
The pre-construction process does not replace an architect or design service. It complements the design. The end product of the pre-construction planning process is a book that can range for 30 pages for small projects to 200+ pages for larger projects. Both the client and the contractor will receive a copy. The book details everything from tile selections, tile patterns, grout color, faucets, lighting selections, siding colors, trim drawings and profiles, kitchen cabinet layouts, wall colors, door knobs, HVAC details, closet shelving, etc.
This can be a daunting task to understand and make all of these decisions. That is why we are here. We are familiar and experienced with the products and the various aspects of construction and will walk you through each part. This process includes meetings in person as well as time where we compile portions for review at our next meeting. At the end of the process you will receive a book with all of your projects details as well as our fixed price for your project.

Simple Integrity requires fixed pricing on projects over $15,000. Fixed pricing is peace of mind for both clients and contractors. The key to Simple Integrity’s fixed pricing is in the pre-construction planning. The pre-construction planning phase is designed to eliminate as many variables as possible. It allows us to build on schedule with fewer delays and to ensure customer satisfaction.
