Site visit: We come to you. This is standard for remodeling projects. You get a chance to tell us about your project and we get a chance to look at it and ask questions.
Office Meeting: You come to us. This is standard for New Construction. This is an opportunity for us to hear about your project as well as an opportunity for us to share about how we build homes.
Initial Estimate: Whether you come to us or we come to you, you will receive an initial estimate that is designed to give you an idea of what your project will cost. It is useful for directing budgets and decisions, but lacks final plans and selections.
Pre- Construction Planning
Pre construction planning is the process of making all of the decisions that go into each project. Our team works with you to understand and guide the process. For new homes or large scale remodels, the pre construction process is combined with the design process. Pre construction planning is what makes fixed pricing and a positive build experience possible.
