This project encompassed much more than just new siding and trim. Underneath the cement board siding and PVC trim is an energy retrofit. Dense packed cellulose in the walls, Siga air barrier under the siding, Spray foam in the basement, Air sealing and attic insulation made a significant thermal upgrade to this homes envelope. Our blower door readings showed a 50% improvement post completion. Sometimes projects are more than just good looking.
